How to find professionals

I had a positive overall experience with Adopt Solar. David, the solar consultant, was prompt and responsive to all my inquiries, making the consultation process smooth. He was very accommodating with my requests, which made the initial stages of the project stress-free. Ruby, who was in charge of the installation, did an excellent job. The installation process was carried out quickly and smoothly, and any issues that arose were quickly resolved, even after the installation was complete. However, there was one issue that I encountered. Adopt Solar did not provide a quote for a reduced number of panels, despite being aware that fewer panels could fit on my roof. While they did issue a refund, it was not at the market value I expected, which was slightly disappointing. Despite this minor setback, my overall experience with Adopt Solar was good. They were professional, responsive, and ensured that the installation went well.

Ron’s hard work won us! Been diligent from start to finish. Gave a quote and didn’t slip to pursue with it until he got us. Explained the process well and made the product sensible to us. Installation team was on time and patience (as they had to wait for 30mins) to restart the main switch power while I had to attend an online meeting. The software support team was very helpful to help me connect their inverter to my home WiFi. Although Kris was not fimilar with 5GHz router alternative ways in managing 2.4GHz devices, he did try his best to help.
