Ron’s hard work won us! Been diligent from start to finish. Gave a quote and didn’t slip to pursue with it until he got us. Explained the process well and made the product sensible to us. They cooperated with us in terms of waiting to get our roof restored and painted before installing the solar system. Installers were all nice and came in-sync with the rest of the team i.e. delivery, electrician and installers! They even assisted me with the app. Now they are installed and looking good along with my new roof and just waiting for the inspector to activate. Note - too early to review the product and after market. But Adopt Solar is well recommended!

Reasonable prices for my solar

Ron was very clear and thorough about their competitive prices, product spec and installation procedures. Installation team was on time and patience (as they had to wait for 30mins) to restart the main switch power while I had to attend an online meeting. The software support team was very helpful to help me connect their inverter to my home WiFi. Although Kris was not fimilar with 5GHz router alternative ways in managing 2.4GHz devices, he did try his best to help.

Value for money, responsive, and prompt. Any queries regarding safety, quality and the likes were typically responded within 2-3 hours by Katherine. The installers were also very polite. The whole installation cycle were completed within 8 days of quote acceptance. Supply delivered in 3 days, installed 2 days later, and certified 2 days later. Very impressive overall from customer service to installation experience.

Robert and the team at Adopt Solar were great in getting my new 6.5Kw solar system. The communication was great and they kept me informed all along the way.
