Customer Reviews

Good service from Robert and the Adopt Solar team. We recently had our solar and battery system installed by Robert and the team, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Robert was professional, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with from the initial consultation right through to the completion of the installation.

Andrew was very helpful and he is an SME in his products. He explained the benefits of installing Fox CQ battery very well. Thank you Andrew for your assistance.

I recently purchased a Fox Solar Battery & a Hybrid Inverter from Adopt Solar, (Order ref AS616137) and I am extremely satisfied with the entire process. Robert was very helpful with the quote and sorting out all the issues relating to the service. The ordering process was seamless, and the product arrived on time and installation and compliance certificate too arrived within few days. The entire process was well followed up by him within a short time frame. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Thank you, Andrew from Adopt Solar, for your assistance in providing a quotation and for your follow-up. You did a great job.

Dealt with Robert throughout, kept me informed and advised on items once I sent some pics through - battery install only (and change of inverter) - charged extra due to distance from my switchboard, but it was still cheaper that the other 4 quotes I received - once I was ready my end, the installation was the very next day

Adopt Solar recently installed a 28kW battery system at my home with 10KW panels, and I am very satisfied with the results. Everything was smooth and fast and needs a special mention to Robert’s communication and support throughout that process. It was exceptional. The installation team was clearly experienced and completed the work quickly.

Recently had our 13kw solar and 28kw battery installation done by Adopt Solar. They were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Answered all of our queries promptly and provided additional information when required. David and Mark were our contacts throughout the whole process. Installers on the day worked tirelessly to get everything completed. They did a really neat job, couldn't fault the boys. Thank you to all the team at Adopt Solar.

Installed a battery in Perth. David was very accommodating. He tried hard to get it done prior to 1st May and was able to give us a slot. Always answers questions promptly. Good value. Tom did the installation and was super quick. Good bunch or people and reliable.

Raymond from Adopt Solar was very helpful, friendly and gave the right advice for our home battery installation. His communication was excellent and he organised everything right from beginning till end in a very timely manner. Raymond’s quote was the cheapest that time. We are enjoying this 42 kw fox system, we are about $35 on credit every month, this is after the daily supply charge. Highly recommend Raymond’s services you will be in safe hands.
